World Polio Day – October 24, 2019

| WHO: | Support Maj. Matthew Smoose and Rot. Larry Smoose |
| WHAT & WHERE: |
on their Cross Egypt Challenge – a 1,600 mile, 9-day ride across Egypt – sponsored by The Rotary Club of AlexCosmo District 2451 |
| WHEN: | The ride begins on October 18, and will include World Polio Day on October 24. |
| WHY: | This is an opportunity to support Rotary’s premier service project for the world, keep the momentum going to eradicate polio, and give encouragement to Matt and Larry on this long, grueling journey. All proceeds will be matched 2-1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and go to Rotary’s Polio Plus campaign. |
