The Rotary Club of Media welcomed two Penncrest High School students, Kayra Sacan and Aiden Reh, as their students of the month for March.
Kayra is an eleventh grade student who is a member of the National Art Honor Society, Pi Lambda Sigma, Rho Kappa and the Computer Science Honor Society. She also received a bronze medal in the National French contest (le Grand Concours). She completed the National Novel Writing Month Challenge four times, volunteers at the Middletown Free Library, is a student leader at Bodyworks Karate and completed a fifty day canoe trip.
Aiden Reh is a Penncrest Senior who is also a member of the National Art Honor Society and Rho Kappa. He is on the varsity tennis team and varsity swim team, specializing in distance swims. He enjoys metalwork and classic rock and has a lawn mower repair business. He also enjoys chess, baking, ping pong, golf, gardening and running. He plans on majoring in Mechanical Engineering in college.
