Two local Rotary clubs, Media and Glen Mills-Thornbury, recently gave a check for $2500.00 to the Media Food Bank. Members of the Rotary Club of Media contributed $500 of that amount while the remaining $2,000 was a grant by the Gundaker Foundation of Rotary District 7450. Both the Rotary Club of Media and the Rotary Club of Glen Mills-Thornbury applied for the $1,000 grants on behalf of the Media Food Bank.
