Officer Elections and Board of Directors
Tomorrow’s meeting will be our Club Elections in accordance to our Club Bylaws. In order to conduct this vote we do need a quorum, which is 1/3 of our current membership. I encourage you all to try and make tomorrow’s meeting

The Past Presidents Nominating Committee has nominated the following candidates as your 2019-2020 Incoming Club Officers:
President – Susan Garrison
President Elect – Jim Resinger
Vice President – Carol Wills

In addition, they have nominated the following individuals to serve on the Board of Directors:
Andy Hunt
James Meinel

Rotary Bingo – February 9
Please come to our meeting at 11:30 for bingo prior to our regular meeting.         

We will be discussing at our regular meeting the date of our bingo.  There is  a conflict with our district conference with Saturday March 16th.  We will take a vote to see how many people will be affected.  See Carol with any questions.

Don’t Forget about the Pre-paid Lunch Option
What it is: A pre-paid lunch card for 10 lunches costing $160.00
How you pay: A $160 check or cash paid to The Rotary Club of Media.
